Freud called dreams the “royal road to the unconscious,” and for good reason. Dreams often reveal parts of ourselves that don’t show up in waking life—symbols, emotions, and messages from the psyche that can bring deep insight, guidance, and healing.

This group is designed for those who are curious about the wisdom of their dreams and want to learn how to engage with them more intentionally. Through the lens of Jungian psychology and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll explore dream images, somatic cues, and inner parts that show up while we sleep.
