Freud called dreams the “royal road to the unconscious,” and for good reason. Dreams often reveal parts of ourselves that don’t show up in waking life—symbols, emotions, and messages from the psyche that can bring deep insight, guidance, and healing.

This group is designed for those who are curious about the wisdom of their dreams and want to learn how to engage with them more intentionally. Through six bi-weekly sessions group members will share their dreams while other members ask questions and make gentle suggestions to help clarify the images and interpretation.

Group members will learn

  • How to remember their dreams

  • How to talk about and name dream parts.

  • Get multiple perspectives and interpretations on dreams.

  • Step-by-step guide to understanding and interpreting dreams.

  • Ways to connect your mind, body, and dream.

Dreams are an important part of self-growth.

Many parts of who you are that do not show up in therapy, parts of yourself that you may struggle to see or hear during the day, make themselves known through dreaming.
