  • Yes, I accept several insurance providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, MT Health CO-OP, Pacific Source, Aetna, Cigna, Allegiance, and Medicaid. If your insurance is out-of-network, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed—please check with your provider for details.

  • I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help us connect before beginning services. My standard fees are $175 for a 60-minute individual intake session and $175 for ongoing 60-minute sessions. Sliding scale appointments are available upon request to help make therapy more accessible. You can read more about my services here.

  • We accept cash, card, debit, and HSA accounts. 

  • There is no cancellation fee if you give a 24 hour notice. Last minute cancellations and no-call, no-shows will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Rescheduling an appointment is an option if something comes up last moment. There is a 15 minute grace period after which the appointment will be canceled. Do you need to reschedule an appointment?   • Yes! We offer online therapy that is secure and confidential. 

  • How long therapy takes depends on many factors including: the individual, their past, what they are working on, and how much time they are able to put in. Learning skills and grounding tools can help to reduce symptoms quickly. With individuals looking to make deep long term change therapy can last from 6 months to several years. 

  • The number one thing is to show up! Whether that be weekly or bi-weekly, showing up, being open and curious will go a long way.
