My role as a therapist is to work in a deep and supportive manner. I strive to foster a compassionate and safe space for you to explore who you are, your patterns, creative aspects, and past traumas. I value guiding clients on their journey to cultivating deeper insight into their lives in order to foster personal growth and healing. I work with teens, young adults, adults and couples working through anxiety, adjustments, attachment wounds, guilt, shame, self sabotage, lack of fulfillment, relationship issues, college issues, boundaries, sex issues, self esteem, family issues, codependency, and acute trauma.

My approach combines Somatic therapy with attachment work creating a profound and safe space for you to explore.

“What is split off, not felt, remains the same. When it is felt, it changes… A few moments of feeling it in your body allows it to change. If there is in you something bad or sick or unsound, let it inwardly be and breathe. That's the only way it can evolve and change into the form it needs.”
