My role as a therapist is to work in a deep and supportive manner. I strive to foster a compassionate and safe space for you to explore who you are, your patterns, creative aspects, and past traumas. Working through an integrative approach I weave depth psychology and mindfulness together to foster a sense of compassion and curiosity in who we are that encourages self-expression and healing.

My Approach

My approach is for those who are looking to:

  • Explore the deeper aspects of their experience

  • Collaborate on the practical problems arising in their life

  • Increase awareness

  • Get unstuck from unhelpful patterns

  • Strengthen relationships

  • Soothe anxieties

  • Learn to set boundaries and communicate.

“What is split off, not felt, remains the same. When it is felt, it changes… A few moments of feeling it in your body allows it to change. If there is in you something bad or sick or unsound, let it inwardly be and breathe. That's the only way it can evolve and change into the form it needs.”

-Eugene Gendlin
